My Story
I’m passionate about supporting the veterinary community, a passion rooted in my hands-on experience working in a veterinary practice and providing online admin support for vets across the UK and US. I’ve seen firsthand how overwhelming the workload can become, with many vets facing burnout and stress from juggling patient care, admin tasks, and staffing challenges. That’s why I created Wild Desk, to lighten that load. By taking on administrative duties and helping to manage staff-related tasks, we allow vets to focus more on their patients and the growth of their practice. While Wild Desk doesn’t replace a receptionist, it empowers existing reception teams to concentrate on delivering exceptional client experiences, ultimately reducing stress, pressure, and staff turnover. Our goal is simple: to help veterinary teams thrive by giving them back the time and clarity they deserve.
